An exceptionally bold piece of 1980s Christian Dior costume jewelry, this oversized brooch transforms the House's iconic CD monogram into an elaborate sculptural crest.
Rather than the cleaner logo jewelry most often seen from Dior, this design layers the initials with ornate rope-like texture, scrolling details and dimensional gold-tone metalwork. It has that unmistakable maximalist quality that makes vintage Dior jewelry from this period so collectible.
The reverse bears the vintage “Chr. Dior ©” signature, a marking also documented on comparable examples of this particular brooch
