Refund policy

All sales are final. 

Due to the nature of sourcing rare, vintage, and preloved luxury pieces, The StilStyle does not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once a purchase has been completed.

Each item is carefully inspected, photographed, authenticated through a third-party service, and accurately described. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all photos, measurements, and condition notes prior to purchase.

Because these pieces are often one-of-a-kind, purchases should be considered intentional and final.

Condition & Expectations

All items sold are vintage or preloved unless otherwise stated. Signs of normal wear consistent with age and use should be expected and are not considered defects.

Differences in personal interpretation of condition, change of mind, styling preference, fit, or buyer’s remorse do not qualify for returns.

Examples of situations that do not qualify for returns include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Deciding the item is not the right style after purchase
  • Storage or non-use after delivery
  • Personal interpretation of condition differing from the listing description
  • Fit, size, or strap length preferences
  • Buyer’s remorse

Authentication

All pieces are authenticated through a trusted third-party authentication service and are guaranteed authentic.

Shipping Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The StilStyle is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Limited Exception Policy

In rare situations, and solely at the discretion of The StilStyle, a return for store credit only may be approved.

If approved:

 

  • The item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item must be in the exact same condition as received
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
