Authenticity

How do you authenticate your pre-loved items?

We first conduct a personal inspection for any signs of counterfeit and forgery. We also partner with a third-party authenticator to certify each handbag.

The process is very involved. The material, hardware, zip head, fonts, serial number font positioning, heat stamp, handles, stitching, and button engraving are all microscope inspected and put up against
the authentic components.

How are your products sourced?

We source authentic luxury handbags through reputable international auction houses. These auction houses pre-authenticate luxury goods and carefully vet the sellers, the buyers, and the inventory they offer.

What are the conditions of your pre-loved items?

Most bags are in good to very good condition. We use a scale of 1 - 10 to rate the condition of the bags we source. A rating of 1 is in very poor condition, while a rating of 10 is like new. We stay away from any handbags below a 6 on the condition scale.

Orders and Payments

Can you source a specific handbag for me?

We are always willing to take special requests and find the handbag of your dreams. Please contact us to give us the details of your request.

What forms of payment do you take?

We take all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, ShopPay, and Venmo. Please contact us directly to pay through Venmo.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans through ShopPay. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by third-party lending partners. The estimated payment amount excludes taxes and shipping.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All sales are FINAL. This allows us to keep sourcing vintage and pre-loved pieces. We do our best to ensure all pieces are fully photographed and described. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order so we can resolve it.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to anywhere in the US.

If you’re in the Colorado Springs, CO area, we offer local delivery within a 15 mile radius. If you’re eligible for local delivery, this option is available after you enter your shipping address during checkout.

How do you ship your items?

We ship items through UPS. Your item(s) should arrive between 2-3 days of your order being confirmed and processed. All packages are tracked, insured, and require a signature upon delivery.

Please ensure your address is correct, and work with UPS for any issues while your order is being shipped. The StilStyle is not responsible for orders in transit.

How can I track my order?

Once we process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You may also create a customer account and sign in to track the status of your order.
