US DOMESTIC SHIPPING
SHIPPING COSTS
The cost of shipping is dependent to size, weight, delivery speed, and shipping address. All packages are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

SHIPPING CARRIER
We ship items through UPS. Your item(s) should arrive between 2-4 days of your order being confirmed and processed.
SHIPPING INSURANCE (US Customers)
If your shipping address is in the US, you may insure your package for the full amount of your order (up to $10,000) while it is in transit by purchasing insurance at checkout. Insurance is provided by InsureShield Shipping Insurance by UPS Capital. Read their terms and conditions for complete details on coverage.
Customers must opt-in and pay for shipping insurance for orders to be covered in transit. The StilStyle does not insure packages otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The StilStyle currently ships to Canada and the UK.

SHIPPING INSURANCE (International Customers)
Shipping insurance is always included for international orders. Cost of insurance is built into the price of each item.
SHIPPING ISSUES
Please inspect your package and your order immediately upon receipt. If you have purchased shipping insurance and there there is loss, theft, or damage that occurred while in transit, contact us immediately to submit a claim on your order.
The StilStyle is not responsible for orders in transit. We can only support clients whose orders have insurance protection. If your order is not insured, please work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue.
