This is one of those under-the-radar vintage Louis Vuitton shapes that feels incredibly current again. The Sac Triangle takes the East-West silhouette to an extreme: nearly 16 inches long with sharply triangular side panels and compact rolled handles.

Your dimensions are right in line with documented vintage examples. Fashionphile lists black Epi Sac Triangles around 15.25" long with a 3.25" handle drop, while The RealReal documents 1990s examples at approximately 15.75" long.

The Noir Epi leather + brass hardware is especially good here—minimal branding, architectural shape, and that tiny embossed LV at the corner.

Condition Report

Very good vintage exterior condition with noted interior pocket wear.

The Epi leather presents beautifully for a 30-year-old bag, retaining its strong texture, deep black color and architectural shape. There is light rubbing and surface wear along the edges and corners, minor scratches and markings, and expected wear to the rolled handles. Brass hardware shows light surface wear. the interior pocket has some  peeling/deterioration to its coating. There is no stickiness.

This is the vintage Louis Vuitton bag for someone who doesn't want their vintage Louis Vuitton to look obvious.

No monogram. No giant logo. Just that incredible 15.6-inch East-West silhouette, sculptural triangular sides, Noir Epi and tiny embossed LV.
