This piece presents in good pre-owned condition with visible signs of wear. 7.8/10
The leather remains soft and pliable with the relaxed structure characteristic of the Campana. There is visible rubbing and color loss throughout portions of the Intrecciato weave, particularly along the raised edges of the woven leather. This creates lighter areas throughout the weave that are clearly visible in the photographs.
There is additional rubbing and tonal variation along the base small scratch on base , lower corners and smooth leather trim, as well as general creasing and surface wear consistent with previous use.
The handles show visible wear, including rubbing and color variation, with a small area of more concentrated color loss/marking near one handle attachment, photographed closely for disclosure. Hardware shows normal signs of use.
Despite the cosmetic wear, the bag retains its beautiful saturated blue color, recognizable shape and wonderfully relaxed Bottega character.

Curators Perspective
If you're only looking at current Bottega, you're missing some of the brand's best bags.
The Campana is exactly why I keep coming back to the Tomas Maier years.
There is no oversized logo and no need to announce what you're carrying. Instead, the entire bag is the signature—the Intrecciato weaving, the softness of the leather and that unmistakable slouch.
And this blue changes everything.
Most people associate “quiet luxury” with beige, black and brown. I don't. A bag can be beautifully made, understated and still have personality. This electric cobalt against white, denim, camel, chocolate brown or an all-black outfit would be incredible.
The wear doesn't bother me on a bag like this, either. It gives the Intrecciato dimension and makes the bag feel like what it is: a 2013 Bottega that has actually lived a life.
For the collector who wants recognizable Bottega craftsmanship without carrying the Bottega everyone else is buying right now, this is the kind of archival piece I'd look at.
